As a community-based not-for-profit healthcare provider, Adoray is excited to announce we are a Registered COVID-19 Vaccine Provider.

Adoray has successfully hosted 3 vaccine clinics at our office in Baldwin, WI for our patients, their caregivers, our volunteers and the community. 

Currently Eligible Populations:
• Frontline health care personnel
• Residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities
• Police and fire personnel, correctional staff
• Adults ages 65 and over
• Wisconsin Resident 

If you are aware of any family members, friends, caregivers or individuals that fit into this category please have them call the Adoray Office at 715-629-1888 and ask to be added to our COVID-19 Vaccine list.

When leaving a Voicemails, please provide the following information:

• Age
• City
