Adoray Home Health & Hospice, a leading provider of home-based care in Western Wisconsin, is proud to announce the recipients of its 3rd Annual Awards Program, which recognizes the extraordinary contributions of its staff members. The awards were presented during Adoray’s Employee Holiday Party on January 24, 2026.

The awards are named in honor of individuals who played a pivotal role in the founding and growth of Adoray. The Employee Awards were named after Mary Troftgruben, the founder and first CEO of Adoray.


**2025 Mary Troftgruben Employee of the Year Award**

Adoray is pleased to announce that Sarah Rohe, Hospice Admission Nurse, as the recipient of the 2025 Mary Troftgruben Employee of the Year Award. This prestigious award recognizes individuals who embody the purpose of Adoray: "Compassion in Action. Integrity in Care.”

Sarah demonstrates Compassion in Action and Integrity in Care every single day. Often the very first-person families meet before enrolling in hospice, Sarah approaches each interaction with calm, empathy, and professionalism that instantly puts families at ease. As a masterful nurse and gifted admission clinician, she balances thorough, efficient care with warmth and compassion. Her leadership, flexibility, and positivity shine daily, even when plans change at a moment’s notice. Sarah is a true ray of sunshine, a trusted guide for families, and an example for all of us.

**2025 Mary Troftgruben Servant Leader of the Year Award**

We are also pleased to announce that Jeanne Curtis, Director of Revenue Cycle, is the recipient of the 2025 Servant Leader of the Year Award. This award celebrates individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership by putting others first and serving the needs of their team or community with selflessness and dedication.

Jeanne leads with empathy, humility, and integrity, always putting patients and staff first. She celebrates team achievements, recognizes individual contributions, and actively seeks feedback to make things better. Jeanne leads by example, fostering confidence, independence, and teamwork while never hesitating to step in and help when needed. Her warmth, wisdom, and dedication make her a true servant leader and an incredible asset to Adoray.

A Legacy of Purpose

Adoray Home Health & Hospice was founded in 1995, now in its 31st year of serving the community, as a non-profit organization dedicated to providing home health, hospice, palliative care, grief, and supportive services across St. Croix, Pierce, Polk, Barron, and Dunn counties. With a mission of partnering to improve the quality of life throughout every healthcare journey, Adoray’s services have touched the lives of thousands of individuals, offering compassionate, comprehensive care in the comfort of wherever they call home.
