Losing a loved one is one of life’s most profound challenges. The grief that follows can feel overwhelming, and in the midst of that pain, families are often left to navigate a maze of paperwork, legal matters, and financial transitions. That’s where Adoray’s Full Circle Aftercare steps in—offering guidance, support, and a steady hand during one of life’s most difficult times.
Over the past year, 167 hospice families found comfort and clarity through Full Circle Aftercare, a free service offered by Adoray Home Health & Hospice. This program helps families manage the necessary but often confusing tasks that come after a loved one passes, allowing them to focus on healing rather than paperwork.
A Year of Impact
In 2024, Full Circle Aftercare provided vital assistance to families throughout Western Wisconsin, helping them:
• Navigate 158 Social Security claims
• Secure 32 retirement benefits
• Take next steps with 29 investment accounts
• Protect themselves from 176 fraud and scam threats
• Claim 16 VA benefits for veterans and their families
• Recover $6,230 in unclaimed property
These numbers tell a powerful story—not just of financial recovery, but of peace of mind for grieving families.

More Than Care—A Commitment
As a nonprofit, Adoray is dedicated to putting people over profit by offering Full Circle Aftercare at no cost to hospice families. But providing this service is not without its challenges. Each year, Adoray invests over $25,000 in non-reimbursable expenses to ensure that families receive this critical support.
Thankfully, Adoray’s own staff, volunteers, and community help make this program possible. Through employee and volunteer giving, they contribute their own resources to sustain Full Circle Aftercare, ensuring that no family has to navigate loss alone.
