Happy Social Work Month from Adoray.

We are thankful for our Social Work Team and all the amazing Social Workers we get to work with to care for our community! March is National Social Work Month, and we want to celebrate them not only during this month but every day for the amazing work they do.

At, Adoray our social workers can wear many different hats while they walk alongside the journey of our patients and their support people. Each day brings a new challenge, where they may use their tools of resources, problem-solving, or a listening ear that says, I hear you and validates that “this is hard”.

Social workers put compassion into action. They find and highlight the strengths of every individual and family unit they work with. By doing so, they become a care partner that helps patients, and their families not only identify but reach their goals.
