Kelsey Delander, CEO Rachel Heinbuch, CFO
Baldwin, WI – Adoray Home Health & Hospice is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelsey Delander as their new CEO. She assumed responsibilities on May 15, 2017, and succeeds Mary Troftgruben, who has stepped down for retirement.
Ms. Delander, a native of Roberts, comes to the Adoray team from her most recent position as the Quality and Compliance Officer at the University of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. Prior to her time at the University of Minnesota School Of Dentistry, Ms. Delander worked as a Compliance Consultant for HealthEast Care System. Ms. Delander is a graduate of the St. Catherine University Nursing Program, as well as the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Ms. Delander states, “I am excited for the opportunity to be CEO at Adoray. As a native of the Western Wisconsin communities that Adoray serves, I have personally experienced the incredible work that they do in serving the community. My goal as CEO will be to ensure Adoray continues to provide compassionate, respectful, and expert care. Whether it be in service area, or in our upcoming, new hospice house, Adoray will maintain the excellent level of care for which it is so often recognized.”
As CEO, Ms. Delander will direct all areas of home health and hospice -including development of the upcoming hospice house and the Treasures from the Heart stores.
Also joining the Adoray Home Health and Hospice team is Rachel Heinbuch as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Adoray, Rachel was the Finance Director for Glenhaven Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Glenwood City, WI. She comes to Adoray with years of experience and education in Accounting, Management and Communications. Ms. Heinbuch states, “I look forward to supporting Adoray and helping to grow the company with the addition of the Hospice House.”
