Join Adoray Home Health & Hospice at this free event to learn how you can protect yourself from falling and fall-related injuries by learning home safety tips and your best defense for preventing a fall. Participants will take part in balance testing and interactive education with the assistance of our therapy staff.

Complimentary lunch will be provided by Hammond Health Services following the education.
