Adoray Home Health and Hospice is currently recruiting for a fulltime (.5FTE) Hospice Registered Nurse for St. Croix, Polk or Burrnett County to join our team!
Adoray Home Health and Hospice is recruiting for a part-time Hospice Registered Nurse to work on-call three evenings per week from 4:30 pm – 8:00 am.
The On-Call – RN will primarily be responsible for coordinating end-of life care and hospice services to patients in their home or community setting after regular business hours. The position will include providing coordination of care, clinical support, continuous care, and/or other skilled nursing expertise with end-of-life care. This position will not require a weekend rotation.
